Manually Trigger Automation

Trigger Automation for One Member Card

To trigger an automation for a single member card

1. Find and click the member card you want to send trigger an automation for by either

   1. Finding it in the list of member card on the community page; or

   2. Searching for it using the search feature

2. In the sidebar that opens click on "Automations" and then "Select automation"

3. Select the automation you want to trigger, if required add an automation value (a.k.a input value)

4. Click "Trigger automation" to execute

Example: "Add points" automation that requires an automation value (the number of points to add).

Example: "Send welcome push" automation, that does't require any automation value.

Trigger Automation For All

To trigger an automation for all member cards

1. Goto "Card builder" and select desired card

2. Goto the "Automations" tab on the left hand side

3. Click on the automation you want to run on all member cards

4. Click on "Run automation" in the top-right side of the page

5. Check "Run for all member cards"

6. If required, enter an "Action value"

7. Click "Trigger automation"

Example: Add 1000 points to all member cards.
